Senior Talent Aquisition Partner & US Lead
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner & US Lead at Trustpilot, you will focus on hiring mid to senior-level positions within the US Commercial function. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the Commercial Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant revenue growth through strategic talent acquisition. This hybrid role combines hands-on recruiting with the development and execution of the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) talent strategy.
Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders on all talent acquisition matters, developing and implementing effective talent strategies, and leading full-cycle recruiting for complex roles. You will also participate in cross-functional talent acquisition projects to improve efficiency and scale operations, ensuring that talent attraction campaigns are tailored to the US market.
The ideal candidate will have significant in-house experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, particularly within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment. A deep understanding of the US talent landscape, especially in hiring complex commercial mid to senior-level roles, is essential. Proven success in advising and influencing senior leaders on talent strategy, along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset, are also required.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $102,750 to $121,000 per year, excluding variable pay such as bonuses and equity awards. Additional benefits include flexible working options, 20 vacation days plus personal and paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k) matching up to 4% of base salary, and paid parental leave after six months of employment.
