As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the Enterprise organization at Axon, you will serve as the primary technical leader for one of Axon's strategic customers, fostering and maintaining a long-term partnership. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and operational excellence of Axon's products within complex customer environments, directly contributing to Axon's mission to protect life through innovative technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include managing device lifecycles, overseeing incident responses, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing scalable process improvements across extensive deployments. You will deliver technical best practices, facilitate the broad adoption of Axon products, and translate customer needs into prioritized product and engineering outcomes. Collaborating closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, you will enhance reliability, usability, and efficiency, enabling customers to operate with confidence.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with over seven years of experience in technical account management or a similar role supporting hardware and software platforms at an enterprise scale. A proven track record in managing enterprise relationships and complex technical projects is essential. Strong technical aptitude in wireless networking, intermediate to advanced knowledge of cloud evidence management platforms, and excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication are also required.
