Senior Technical Account Manager, Enterprise
As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Axon's Enterprise organization, you will serve as the primary technical leader for one of Axon's strategic customers, fostering and maintaining a long-term partnership. Axon is dedicated to protecting life through its ecosystem of devices and cloud software, addressing critical safety and justice issues. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment and operational excellence of Axon's products within the enterprise sector.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the entire device lifecycle, encompassing triage, vendor coordination, logistics, repair or replacement, tracking, and adherence to service level agreements. You will provide up to Tier-2 technical support, troubleshooting issues related to Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity, mobile device management, syncing, and uploads. Additionally, you will monitor fleet health and performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively propose engineering and product changes to reduce incidents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive initiatives to close feedback loops and prioritize improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with over seven years of experience in technical account management or equivalent roles supporting hardware and software platforms at an enterprise scale. Proven success in managing enterprise relationships and complex technical projects is essential. A strong technical aptitude in wireless networking, with the ability to diagnose and reproduce network-related device issues, is required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of cloud evidence management platforms, SaaS products, and enterprise IT systems is also necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment are crucial. The candidate must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
