Candidates should have a proven track record in technical account management or customer-facing technical roles, particularly in enterprise environments. Strong communication, project management, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Experience with SaaS or cloud-based solutions and the ability to navigate complex technical and business scenarios are highly desirable. A background in supporting public safety, government, or similar regulated industries is a plus, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
