Senior Technical Account Manager - Europe
Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical partner for our largest and most complex clients across Europe. This pioneering role involves collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and optimal technical performance for our high-value clients.
Key responsibilities include defining best practices for technical account management, overseeing technical setups and API configurations for enterprise clients, and serving as the main technical contact post-launch to ensure performance and swift issue resolution. The role also involves partnering with Customer Success Managers to monitor product usage, representing client technical needs to internal teams, managing critical technical incidents, and collaborating across departments to enhance platform reliability and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong English skills and a proven background in technical account management or solution support within complex SaaS or web technology environments. A solid understanding of APIs, web integrations, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, REST) is essential. Experience working with enterprise clients across various European markets is preferred, with additional European language skills considered a plus. Strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and data analytics platforms are also required.
