Senior Technical Account Manager - Europe
Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison for our largest and most complex clients across Europe. This pioneering role involves collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and optimal technical performance for our enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include defining best practices for technical account management, overseeing technical setups and API configurations, and managing post-launch performance and issue resolution. The role also involves representing client technical needs to internal teams, coordinating the resolution of critical technical incidents, and contributing to platform reliability enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical account management or solution support within complex SaaS or web technology environments. A solid understanding of APIs, web integrations, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, REST) is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into business value, and experience partnering with enterprise clients across different European markets are also required.
