Strong program management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and change management, are required. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to drive aligned execution is also necessary. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience is required; PMP certification is preferred.
