Senior Technical Recruiter
Chime is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to identify and attract top engineering talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Your primary responsibilities will include owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and building strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach. You will work closely with hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processes and track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure consistent progress across searches. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally with recruiting and People team members to support smooth and effective hiring processes and identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, including experimenting with emerging tools such as AI-enabled recruiting technology.
To be successful in this role, you should have over five years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly in engineering or other technical roles. You should possess the ability to manage searches end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. A strong understanding of technical terminology, languages, and engineering stacks is essential, along with experience sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channels. Excellent communication and candidate management skills are required, as well as a curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including experience experimenting with AI recruiting tools.
The base salary for this position ranges from $101,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits.
