Senior User Experience Designer
As a Senior User Experience Designer at Moniepoint, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and effective designs for our financial products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our offerings are accessible and user-friendly, translating complex financial concepts into seamless experiences. This position demands a strategic mindset and deep expertise in UX/UI design to drive user-centered solutions within the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining and executing design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs. You will lead the end-to-end design process, encompassing discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution. Conducting advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments will be essential to validate and refine design solutions. Additionally, you will design scalable UI components, contribute to our evolving design system, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles to serve a diverse user base.
To succeed in this role, you should have over three years of experience in a senior product design position with a strong focus on UX. Mastery of visual design elements such as typography, grids, layout, and color theory is crucial. Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows, along with a deep understanding of designing for both mobile and web platforms, is required. Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology and its influence on user decision-making, extensive experience in usability testing, and proficiency in UX analytics tools are also important. Familiarity with motion design tools and experience mentoring junior designers will be advantageous.
