Senior Value Engineer -Consumer Goods

As a Senior Value Engineer specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Fleet Logistics at Celonis, you will collaborate closely with leading consumer brands and global mobility networks to address complex operational challenges. Your role involves leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, combined with advanced AI and machine learning technologies, to develop innovative solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and fleet management.

In this position, you will engage with clients to understand their AI strategies and specific supply chain issues, such as predictive demand forecasting, route optimization, and fleet maintenance. You will lead technical discovery sessions, demonstrate capabilities during pre-sales, and oversee post-sale implementations to ensure value realization. Additionally, you will participate in hackathons to prototype solutions addressing critical pain points in inventory allocation and fleet routing.

The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in technical pre-sales and post-sales within complex supply chain, CPG, or fleet logistics environments. A deep understanding of high-volume manufacturing and mobility processes, proficiency in generative AI techniques, and strong programming skills in Python and machine learning libraries are essential. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a master's degree in relevant fields.
