As a Senior Web Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing user-friendly, high-performance web experiences that serve multiple partners across marketing, brand, and design. You will navigate technical, creative, and temporal constraints to make pragmatic trade-offs with stakeholders. Your role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and involves regular collaboration with the broader creative team through design critiques and working sessions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in writing valid HTML and CSS code by hand, along with proficiency in JavaScript. Experience with frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, or Svelte is essential. Familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma is advantageous. A solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end website projects is required. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Spanish are necessary, as is a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
