Service Delivery Manager
As the Service Delivery Manager at AirTrunk's Johor Bahru facility, you will serve as the primary liaison for our major cloud customers, guiding them through the entire data center journey—from initial fit-out to go-live and onboarding. Reporting to the Senior Director of Service Delivery for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, you will collaborate closely with the broader Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery within our hyperscale data centers.
Your key responsibilities will include managing customer interactions throughout the build, fit-out, and onboarding processes, ensuring all contractual requirements such as Early Access and Ready for Service are met. You will coordinate with internal teams to maintain compliance with customer contracts, participate in design reviews, oversee project management of customer fit-outs, and facilitate customer audits and inspections. Additionally, you will provide ongoing operational support, prepare customer reports, and assist in managing customer incidents and escalations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, with at least two years in project management or service delivery within a critical operating environment. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and proficiency in commercial and technical concepts are essential. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience in data center infrastructure fit-out delivery are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region are also required.
