Service Delivery Manager
As the Service Delivery Manager at AirTrunk's Singapore headquarters, you will serve as the primary liaison for our major cloud customers, guiding them through the entire data center journey—from initial fit-out to go-live and onboarding. This role is integral to our Operations team, ensuring that customer requirements are met with the highest level of satisfaction within our hyperscale data centers.
Your key responsibilities will include managing customer interactions throughout the build, fit-out, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations such as Early Access and Ready for Service milestones. You will coordinate with internal teams to track and maintain adherence to customer contracts, participate in design reviews, oversee project management of customer fit-outs, and facilitate customer deliveries and installations. Additionally, you will support customer audits, provide operational reporting, and assist in managing incidents and escalations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, with at least two years in project management or service delivery within a critical operating environment. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and proficiency in commercial and technical concepts are essential. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience in data center infrastructure fit-out delivery are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region are also required.
