Services & Commissioning Manager

As the Services & Commissioning Manager at AirTrunk's Tokyo headquarters, you will lead commissioning activities for multiple data center projects across Japan. Reporting to the Senior Services and Commissioning Manager, you will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and handed over to operations and customers efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities include managing the commissioning and handover processes for new data centers in Tokyo, providing leadership and guidance to commissioning and construction teams to mitigate risks, and ensuring project requirements are executed safely and meet AirTrunk's quality standards. You will oversee multiple projects at various stages, coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and commissioning agents, and resolve technical issues during commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience as a Commissioning Manager in a general contractor or commissioning agent role, leading the successful handover of complex projects, preferably data centers. Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential, along with strong leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographies. Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are also key requirements.
