Services Leader, Strategic Accounts
The Services Leader, Strategic Accounts at Canva will lead a global team of Strategic Implementation Managers and Technical Account Managers, focusing on integrating Canva into enterprise workflows. This role is pivotal in supporting Canva's largest and most complex customers, ensuring they achieve rapid adoption and sustained success.
Key responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, overseeing complex multi-stakeholder implementations, and collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. The leader will also design scalable service operations and define success metrics to meet both customer and business objectives.
Candidates should have over five years of people management experience in a SaaS environment, proven leadership in implementation or enterprise services teams, and direct experience supporting million-dollar-plus SaaS accounts. A strong builder mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
