Shift Manager
The Shift Manager at Nabis is responsible for overseeing and strategizing daily fulfillment operations within the regional market, leading a team of over 30 associates. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Nabis's central warehouse processes and enterprise client relationships, ensuring seamless fulfillment to maintain contract service level agreements (SLAs) and effectively managing any operational disruptions.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, tracking and managing daily volume to maintain SLA compliance, and monitoring team performance while providing necessary feedback and training. The Shift Manager will also oversee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), forecast and monitor staffing needs, and facilitate cross-department communication to support other Nabis departments and external partner relationships.
Candidates should possess high empathy, excellent communication skills, and an interest in working directly with a diverse team. Superior time management and organizational abilities are essential, along with adaptability to navigate the evolving demands of a high-growth startup. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, including managing teams of at least 30 employees, is required. Familiarity with MS Office and business software such as ERP and CRM systems is also necessary.
