Shift Supervisor Bilingual Spanish Preferred

The Shift Supervisor at PLS is a pivotal role responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial goals. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs.

In this role, the Shift Supervisor maintains exemplary customer service within the store, builds relationships with customers, and establishes a strong customer service culture. They support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, assist in developing and motivating team members, ensure compliance with regulations, and perform responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative when necessary. Additional duties include reviewing and approving checks within limits, supporting store marketing efforts, resolving customer complaints, managing schedules, cash, and store audits, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. They must be comfortable engaging with customers, developing positive relationships, and inspiring excellence in a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
