Shift Supervisor

PLS is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Medford, MA location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Shift Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and upholds our high standards of service.

In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, including managing customer service representatives, handling cash transactions, and maintaining compliance with company policies. You will assist the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet financial goals and ensure the store's success. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and resolving any customer concerns promptly.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to engage effectively with customers are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
