Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor at PLS, you will play a pivotal role in leading the store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the achievement of financial goals. PLS, a prominent retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day needs.
In this role, you will oversee and motivate the store team, fostering a strong customer service culture. Your responsibilities include assisting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store objectives, developing and coaching team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing daily operations such as transaction processing and cash handling. Additionally, you will support marketing efforts within the community and address customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of management experience in industries like hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to exceeding corporate initiatives, and the ability to inspire team excellence are essential. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
