Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor at PLS is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives, and adheres to company policies. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service, building strong relationships with customers, supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, and developing and motivating store team members. The Shift Supervisor also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, supervises team activities in the absence of the Store Manager, and assists with managing schedules, cash, and store audits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives, and the ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
