Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor at PLS, you will play a pivotal role in leading store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of financial objectives. PLS, standing for People – Location – Service, is a prominent retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 centers across 12 states. Our commitment is to offer convenient and transparent financial products to assist customers in managing their daily financial needs.
In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, including transaction processing, cash handling, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, develop and motivate team members, and ensure a strong customer service culture. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist in managing schedules and store audits.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong interpersonal skills, a desire to exceed corporate initiatives, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
