Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is integral to maintaining the high standards of customer service and operational excellence that PLS is known for.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the store team during your shifts, ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, managing cash handling procedures, and supporting the Assistant Store Manager in achieving store goals. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for directing the activities of all team members.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer engagement, and the ability to develop positive relationships with both internal and external customers are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required.
