Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is integral to ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service, meet operational objectives, and adhere to company policies. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, assisting the Assistant Store Manager, and directing team members in the absence of senior management. Key duties involve maintaining exemplary customer service, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong interpersonal skills, a desire to exceed corporate initiatives, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
