Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor at PLS, you will play a pivotal role in leading the store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the team in achieving operational and financial objectives. PLS, a prominent retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day needs.
In this role, you will oversee and motivate team members, maintain exemplary customer service standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, managing cash handling procedures, coaching Customer Service Representatives, and assisting with scheduling and store audits. Additionally, you will support marketing efforts within the community and address customer complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to exceeding corporate initiatives, and the ability to develop positive relationships with both internal and external customers are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
