As a Shift Supervisor at PLS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operational objectives, and adheres to company policies and procedures. This position is located at 600 N. Valley Mills Drive, Waco, TX 76710.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service within the store, building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, and establishing a customer-focused culture among team members. You will support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to achieve store goals, assist in developing and motivating staff to exceed customer expectations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will perform duties of a Customer Service Representative, supervise team activities in the absence of the Store Manager, and handle tasks such as transaction processing, cash handling, and resolving customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. You should possess the ability and willingness to engage with customers, develop positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and have a strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives while inspiring excellence in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high-energy and collaborative management style, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Honesty, integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
