The Shift Supervisor supports the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to achieve store goals, develops and motivates team members, ensures compliance with regulations, and handles tasks such as transaction processing, cash handling, and resolving customer complaints.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries like hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Essential skills include strong customer engagement abilities, relationship-building, a desire to exceed corporate initiatives, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a professional demeanor. Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
