Shift Supervisor

PLS is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Dallas, TX location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to our customers. The Shift Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

In this role, the Shift Supervisor will oversee daily store activities, including transaction processing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. They will support the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, develop and motivate team members, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will handle customer inquiries and complaints, review and approve checks within set limits, and support community marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. They should possess strong customer engagement skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a desire to inspire excellence within a team. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are essential. Fluency in English is required, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
