Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor at PLS is a leadership role responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service, achieving operational objectives, and adhering to company policies. This position involves overseeing daily store operations and supporting the Assistant Store Manager in managing the team. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to consumers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store. The Shift Supervisor assists in implementing strategies to meet store goals, develops and motivates team members, ensures compliance with regulations, and performs duties such as transaction processing and cash handling. Additionally, the role involves coaching Customer Service Representatives, reviewing and approving checks, supporting marketing efforts, resolving customer complaints, and managing schedules and audits.

Candidates should have at least one year of management experience in industries like hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. The role requires strong customer engagement skills, the ability to build positive relationships, a desire to exceed corporate initiatives, and excellent communication abilities. High-energy, collaborative management experience, professional appearance, integrity, and flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays, are also essential. English fluency is required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
