Shift Supervisor
The Shift Supervisor at PLS is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives, and adheres to company policies and procedures. This position involves supervising daily operations, supporting team members, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service, building strong relationships with customers, supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, developing and motivating team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling cash transactions. The Shift Supervisor also assists with managing schedules, cash, and store audits, and helps maintain a clean store environment.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. The role requires strong customer engagement skills, the ability to develop positive relationships, a desire to exceed corporate initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary.
