Shift Supervisor

PLS is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Tulsa, OK location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to our customers. The Shift Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service within the store, building strong relationships with customers, and fostering a positive service culture. Key duties include supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, developing and motivating team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing daily operations such as transaction processing and cash handling. Additionally, you will assist in managing schedules, conducting store audits, and resolving customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong customer engagement skills, the ability to develop positive relationships, and a desire to exceed corporate initiatives are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
