Shipping & Receiving Associate, Warehouse
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate at Anduril Industries, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain team based in Santa Ana, California. The Supply Chain team plays a crucial role in supporting production and business growth by managing material flow and inventory.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing shipping and receiving tasks at the Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations. You will prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing products. Ensuring accurate material movement across sites and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts are also key aspects of the position. Additionally, you will operate forklifts and other machinery to move items and may need to courier inventory between Anduril's sites.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role. A valid driver's license is required, along with the flexibility to work first or second shifts and overtime as needed. Preferred qualifications include forklift experience and licensure, familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and experience in the defense or aerospace industry. Strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments are also desirable.
