Site Manager
Fever is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our experience site in Lisbon, Portugal. As the business owner of the venue, the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring world-class operational execution, exceptional customer service, and financial efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual ready to take ownership of the site while adhering to the policies and procedures established by our Corporate Team and Production Partners.
The Site Manager will lead daily operations, including managing, scheduling, and delegating responsibilities to on-site staff. They will ensure all experiences run smoothly and on time with minimal disruptions, maintain show elements and equipment, and coordinate the execution of corporate and private events. Implementing and upholding safety procedures to protect guests and staff, as well as overseeing compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, are key aspects of this role.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, franchise management, or a related industry. Strong leadership and management skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent planning and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Google Suite and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required.
