The Site Selection Strategy & Acquisition Senior Manager at AirTrunk plays a pivotal role in the company's rapid expansion across Malaysia. Reporting to the Site Selection Strategy & Acquisition Director, this position involves identifying and acquiring strategic data center sites, engaging with various stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of AirTrunk's hyperscale data center platform.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research to identify expansion opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and government agencies, and collaborating with the Data Strategy team to assess target locations. The role also involves coordinating due diligence processes, managing budgets for site selection activities, and supporting internal teams in preparing documentation for investment approvals.

Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in the real estate sector, focusing on acquisitions, transaction management, or project/development management. Experience in the industrial or data center sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are highly regarded, along with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
