The Social Discovery & Audience Manager will lead Fever's discoverability strategy, ensuring content becomes the top-tier answer to user queries across social platforms. Key responsibilities include designing and executing strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion, optimizing content for visibility on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and developing multi-platform organic distribution strategies. The role also involves acting as a bridge between creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth objectives.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in social media strategy, growth, or audience development, with a proven record of growing audiences through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms. Professional English proficiency (C1 level) is required, along with advanced experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social listening tools. A strategic profile with high execution capacity and a data-driven mindset is essential.
