The Social Media Manager for Lume and Mando will be responsible for defining and executing the brands' presence across owned social channels. This role involves shaping the voice, tone, and creative direction to ensure the brands resonate authentically with online audiences. The position is part of the Communications team, which focuses on driving brand awareness and fostering brand love through organic channels.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing organic content strategies across various platforms, leading content creation and managing the content calendar, and translating brand campaigns into platform-specific content. The role also involves ensuring brand consistency across all social channels, analyzing social performance metrics to optimize engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as influencer marketing, performance marketing, events, and brand teams to identify and leverage social media opportunities.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have experience in social media marketing. They should be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, stay updated on evolving best practices across channels, and have a consumer-centric and trend-driven approach to content creation. Excellent communication skills are essential for inspiring and motivating cross-functional partners.

The position offers a base salary range of $91,600 to $114,500, with the final compensation offer based on the candidate's location, skill level, and experience.
