Software Engineer (C# .NET)

ROLLER is seeking a Software Engineer proficient in C#.NET to join our Product & Tech Team in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions, focusing on our APIs, Payments and Integration Services, and Reporting Data Platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting and debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack, as well as promoting quality through software craftsmanship, agile best practices, and continuous delivery/deployment techniques.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in software engineering, with proficiency in C#.NET 6+ and Web API. Experience with SQL Server, modern ORMs, and optimizing T-SQL is essential. Familiarity with continuous delivery and automated deployments (CI/CD), as well as knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms, is highly desirable. A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning and development are key attributes for success in this role.
