Software Product Marketing Manager
Axon is seeking a Software Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, launch, and adoption of high-impact software initiatives, with an initial focus on Digital Evidence Management Systems (DEMS), artificial intelligence, and productivity workflows. This role is integral to Axon's mission to protect life by providing public safety agencies with innovative technology solutions.
The Software Product Marketing Manager will develop positioning and messaging frameworks for key software initiatives, lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and campaigns, and create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and playbooks. Collaboration with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications teams is essential to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric narratives and drive product adoption.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with a background in marketing complex SaaS, platform, or workflow-driven products. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and an analytical mindset are essential. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $93,750 to $150,000 per year, along with benefits such as a 401(k) plan with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave, and medical, dental, and vision plans.
