Software Technical Account Manager (Fusus) - Tucson PD
As a Software Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting the Fusus solution within the Tucson Police Department. This position involves providing high-level technical support, managing complex software deployments, and fostering strong relationships with law enforcement agencies to enhance public safety through effective technology utilization.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary technical liaison for the Tucson Police Department, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with deployment teams to design, configure, test, and implement Axon Fusus. You will also respond promptly to critical technical issues, advocate for customer needs within Axon, guide agencies through change management processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will utilize tools like Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server to build custom dashboards, manage data integrations, and support reporting needs, as well as provide advanced training and documentation to agency staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with over four years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the public safety or software sectors. Demonstrated expertise in deploying SaaS solutions, advanced knowledge of Windows OS, networking, cloud solutions, and experience with data management and reporting tools are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and the flexibility to work onsite with customers and be available outside of normal business hours for critical issues are also required. The candidate must be able to pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and handle confidential information with discretion.
