Software Technical Account Manager II - Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office

Axon is seeking a Software Technical Account Manager II to work on-site at the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office. In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying and supporting Axon's software solutions within the law enforcement agency, ensuring effective utilization of our technology to enhance public safety.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the main technical liaison for the agency, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with deployment teams to design, configure, test, and implement Axon software solutions. You will also manage crisis situations, advocate for customer needs internally, promote best practices, and provide advanced training to agency staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of four years in a technical account management or similar customer-facing role, preferably within the public safety or software sectors, is required. Technical expertise in deploying SaaS solutions, advanced knowledge of Windows OS, networking, cloud solutions, and experience with data management and reporting tools are essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders are also critical.
