The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, along with at least four years of experience in a technical account management or similar customer-facing role. Demonstrated expertise in deploying SaaS solutions, advanced knowledge of Windows OS and networking, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working with public safety or law enforcement agencies and relevant technical certifications are highly desirable.

Axon offers a competitive salary ranging from $98,010 to $156,816 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
