Software Technical Account Manager II (Traveling)
As a Software Technical Account Manager II at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting Axon's software solutions within law enforcement agencies. This position involves extensive travel, with up to 80% of your time spent on-site with clients across the United States. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, ensuring that Axon's products are effectively implemented and utilized to enhance public safety operations.
Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with deployment teams to design and implement software solutions, and managing crisis situations to restore functionality promptly. Additionally, you will advocate for customer needs within Axon, promote best practices to optimize software usage, and provide advanced training to agency staff. Utilizing tools like Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server, you will manage data integrations and support reporting needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, along with at least four years of experience in a technical account management or similar customer-facing role. Demonstrated expertise in deploying SaaS solutions, advanced knowledge of Windows OS and networking, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working with public safety or law enforcement agencies and relevant technical certifications are highly desirable.
Axon offers a competitive salary ranging from $98,010 to $156,816 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
