The specialist will process and document client escalations efficiently, following established procedures. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to resolve complex technical cases and maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and updating tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and visibility, managing add-ons and service requests, verifying order completeness and technical requirements, and confirming hardware configurations before passing requests to coordination teams. Engaging with new partner agencies to introduce services and facilitate technical setup, as well as conducting virtual or onsite walkthroughs for installations, are also part of the day-to-day work.
