Solutions Consultant
Ridgeline is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Sales & Marketing organization. This role focuses on engaging with leaders across the asset management industry to showcase Ridgeline’s unified cloud-native platform. The Solutions Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from RFP to deployment.
Key responsibilities include leading technical and functional product demonstrations, serving as a product expert for stakeholders such as Traders, Portfolio Managers, IT, Accounting, and Compliance Officers, and partnering closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless client experiences. The role also involves managing the sales process by assisting with RFP/RFI responses and creating Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with internal teams. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will provide critical feedback to product management teams to drive continuous product enhancements and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles, with at least 5 years of client-facing experience with technology-based enterprise solutions in Asset or Wealth Management. A deep understanding of investment management, including systems such as OMS, PMS, and Accounting platforms, is essential. Strong knowledge of financial markets, portfolio management, trading, performance and risk, compliance, and trade settlement processes is also required. The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and lead product demonstrations for diverse audiences. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation for this role is targeted at $193,500 to $226,500 OTE for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above. In addition to the base salary, 100% of Ridgeline employees can participate in our Company Stock Plan subject to the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
