In this role, the Solutions Consultant leads discovery sessions to understand clients' business objectives and desired outcomes. They craft and present compelling visions of future states, demonstrating how SmartRecruiters' solutions can address specific challenges. Responsibilities include performing customized product demonstrations, developing client stories to convey solution value, and providing detailed handoffs to the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless implementation.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in sales engineering or consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment. A solid understanding of prospect research, needs discovery, and outcome-based selling is essential. Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills, the ability to simplify technical concepts, and proficiency with web technologies are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
