Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to understand clients' business objectives, becoming a trusted advisor by providing deep product knowledge, and performing tailored product demonstrations. The Solutions Consultant also acts as a resource for the sales team, assists in developing client stories to convey the value of SmartRecruiters' solutions, and ensures smooth handoffs to the Customer Experience team for solution implementation.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three years of experience in sales engineering or consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment. They should have a solid understanding of prospect research, outcome-based selling, and the ability to demonstrate value to prospects. Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills, the ability to simplify technical jargon, and proficiency in web technologies are essential. Fluency in English and German is required, with additional languages considered advantageous.
