Solutions Engineer - Critical Infrastructure
Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This role involves both pre- and post-sales technical engagement with our customer base, focusing on the deployment and integration of our radar systems within critical infrastructure sectors. The position is remote within the United States and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites, integration events, and field demonstrations.
Key responsibilities include performing on-site radar demonstrations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer sites. The Solutions Engineer will lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals, to support the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of learning technical products and conveying their value to potential customers. Required skills include the ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established policies and procedures. Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent customer communication abilities. A solid technical foundation and good technical writing skills are also necessary. Candidates must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Echodyne offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus commission.
