Solutions Engineer
As a Solutions Engineer at GoGuardian, you will collaborate closely with our sales and customer experience teams to provide both pre- and post-sales technical guidance. This role positions you as the ultimate product specialist, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our clients. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of GoGuardian's products and their capabilities, participating in discovery calls to assess customers' technical landscapes, and assisting sales teams by addressing technical questions and objections. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, support onboarding and implementation efforts, and research and recommend new technical solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, you will provide detailed documentation and clear communication to internal teams and clients to ensure alignment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role with a technical focus, preferably within the SaaS industry. A strong background combining business acumen and technical expertise is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with IT and network administration, including Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy, and SysAdmin functions, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is also necessary.
GoGuardian offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, complete health insurance, 401(k) matching, and an employee equity plan.
