Sr. Business Solutions Architect
NinjaTrader is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our Business Solutions team. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations and automations across various platforms that support our customers, marketing tech stacks, and internal operations. The immediate emphasis is on hands-on technical execution, with potential for future expansion into employee management responsibilities as the team grows.
In this position, you will design, implement, and optimize integrated solutions across Salesforce, marketing platforms, data systems, and automation tools. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining solutions with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution, managing day-to-day technical tasks such as automation development, integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting. You will also implement and support integrations and workflows across tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Braze, BigQuery, Hightouch, SendGrid, Zapier, and internal systems. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical, systems-focused roles, demonstrating a strong track record of hands-on execution and ownership. Proficiency with Salesforce, including platform configuration, automation, integrations, and troubleshooting in a production environment, is essential. Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms, including data structures, journeys, and integrations, is also required. Experience with a broad technical stack, including tools such as Braze, BigQuery, SQL, Hightouch, SendGrid, Zapier, Jira, GitHub, Gearset, and Postman, is beneficial. Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data synchronization, and system-to-system communication is crucial.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually, with an additional annual target bonus of 8%.
