Sr. Compensation Analyst
Axon is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our global compensation strategies to attract, reward, and retain top talent. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will collaborate closely with HR leaders and business partners to design and implement data-driven compensation programs that align with Axon's mission to protect life.
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the compensation partner for a specific line of business, advising on offers, promotions, pay structures, and retention strategies. You will lead major compensation programs such as annual pay equity analysis and year-end compensation cycles, ensuring equity and flawless execution. Additionally, you will design and communicate global compensation programs that are market-competitive and scalable, conduct job evaluations, and provide salary recommendations to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics, along with 4-6 years of progressive compensation or HR partner experience. Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience managing complex projects are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, and international compensation experience is considered a plus.
