The Sr. Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks is a critical client-facing role within the Customer Success team, focused on empowering customers to achieve their goals using Cato’s cloud-native networking and security platform. As part of a global leader in secure access service edge (SASE), you would work with enterprise clients to ensure they maximize the value from Cato’s solutions. This position sits at the crossroads between technical expertise and strategic partnership, requiring deep understanding of the technology and a passion for cultivating strong, productive customer relationships.

In this role, you will own the customer journey post-sale, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for your assigned accounts. Responsibilities include onboarding and guiding customers through complex deployments, monitoring satisfaction and usage metrics, conducting business reviews, and proactively driving product adoption. You will collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to escalate issues, deliver solutions, and manage renewals, always keeping customer success and retention as the top priorities.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in customer success, account management, or a closely related field within enterprise SaaS or security-focused environments. A solid technical background, preferably in networking or security technologies, is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships, navigate technical discussions, and drive measurable outcomes is highly desirable.
