Sr. Electronic Engineer

Peloton is seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Engineer to join our hardware development team in New Taipei City, Taiwan. This role focuses on the design and development of digital hardware, particularly for our tablet products, contributing to Peloton's mission of delivering innovative fitness solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing hardware for Peloton's displays, audio systems, and sensors used in our fitness products. Collaborating with a small team of engineers in Taipei, as well as Product Management and Engineering teams in the United States and our JDM partners, you will guide products from concept to production. This role requires on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Hardware Engineering, with over 6 years of hands-on experience in digital consumer product electronic hardware development. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, experience with Android mobile device or tablet architecture, and familiarity with mobile-device SoCs are essential. Additionally, experience with high-quality audio and video systems, JDM and CM partnerships, electrical safety regulations, EMC mitigation, and sensors is highly desirable. The role also involves travel throughout Taiwan and Asia, including China, Thailand, and Vietnam, approximately 10% to 15% of the time.
